About the role our Customer Service Operators are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers by providing an accurate, efficient and friendly service to all customers over the phone. We want to leave a lasting impression to ensure we are front of mind for all their real estate needs.

We are looking for team players to answer inbound calls. Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers. Transfer calls to the most appropriate person. Take responsibility for small administration duties such as filing and archiving, reporting and mail. This role is part time and can be two or three days a week.

Skills and experience to be successful for this role you will demonstrate a high-level of confidence and professionalism with all customers, as well as medium to advance computer skills. You must also be familiar with working a busy telephone system.

Other key attributes an enthusiastic reliable and positive team player. Strong previous customer service experience, preferably in similar role. Excellent communication. Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to multitask and work within a team environment. Manage inquiries efficiently and effectively.
