Responsibilities the incumbent will need to handle front-end administrative support to the studios team which includes, attend to walk in customers, inbound call enquiries, emails and whatapps messages professionally, ensure the appointments are confirmed and send reminders to the clients and instructors prior to the session dates, handle inventory stock, assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company events, assist in any ad-hoc duties, activities as and when required. Requirements we are looking for passionate and friendly individual (permanent part-timers) to join the team, working hours 9am to 2.30pm (am shift) / 2.30pm to 8pm (pm shift), pleasant disposition and positive attitude able to read, write and speak english fluently and clearly, and be at least conversant in mandarin, ability to work effectively with others, proficient in pc applications, able to cover duties at short notice and commit to rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
