Customer Service Officer HOBAN Recruitment location Newcastle, Maitland and Hunter. Salary $30 - $31 p.h.

HOBAN Recruitment in partnership with State Government are seeking exceptional Customer Service professionals for multiple positions based in Newcastle. This is a temporary engagement starting in January and going until the end of march with the possibility of extension for the right canddates. Please note you will be required to work in a rotational roster, 35 hours per week across Mon-Sunday, 7am-10pm.

Main duties and responsibilities provide high quality customer service as first point of contact in a contact centre environment. Triage customer enquiries through the appropriate channels in a professional and efficient manner. Handle and record cutomer complaints as required. Administrative support as required. Accurate and timely custoner records management.

What are we looking for exceptional Customer Service skills. Ability to operate telephony/contact centre systems. Experience in a high volume inbound contact centre.
