Description
Customer Service Officer Commission for Children and Young People location Melbourne.
In this role you will provide frontline telephone and email intake and screening of all enquires to the Commission. Follow a triage process to identify the needs of the contact, provide appropriate information on Commission functions, in particular the Reportable Conduct Scheme and Child Safe Standards.
Maintain accurate records and case notes in Resolve, in line with the Commission's records management and reporting requirements. Provide administrative support to the Education and Capacity Building team and across the broader Regulation Division as required, to assist in the delivery of a variety of projects.
About you skilled at providing frontline intake services by telephone and e-mails and managing a broad range of enquirer needs. An effective communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills who can receive and objectively assess general enquiries from people in a manner that is respectful of their needs and circumstances.
Able to work independently and self-manage, triaging and escalating matters in line with agreed protocols. Experienced at providing clear, practical and concise advice within a time-sensitive environment. Able to deliver timely and persuasive communication that is tailored to the audience and aligns with the organisation's functions, guidance, policies and legislation.
