Customer Service Officer. Working location Tampines Link. Wroking hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Job responsibilities handle incoming calls/ faxes/ emails on customer enquiries, complaints and discrepancis. Doing call centre duties (receiving and calling customers). Take down requirements of customers regarding servicing and support. Check records of the customers. Scheduling of servicing for customers. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job requirements at least GCE “O” levels or equivalent. At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service or its equivalent. Experience in handling suppliers/ customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone. Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency. Good communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel.
