Job responsibilities handling inbound/outbound calls from public on enquiries, feedbacks and complaints. Communicate via telephone and email. Record calls/details in CRM system.

Looking for Singaporeans only. Min. Diploma in any field of study with good command of English. Able to commit for the whole period. Prior experience in Call Centre/Customer Service.
