Customer Service Officer Total Logistic Solutions location Melbourne.

Manage inbound customer orders, enquiries and complaints. Liaising with suppliers to ensure material quality and availability. Monitoring driver performance and handling delivery complications. Receive incoming calls, entering job bookings into our despatch system. Perform customer service functions and investigations as required. Update customers on a regular basis. Liaise with other branches re investigations. General office duties and support

Skills and experience customer service skills are essential. The ability to multi-task and think methodically. Capacity to problem solve under pressure. Previous transport/logistics experience would be preferable.
