Customer Service Officer Manpower location Brisbane.
An urgent requirement has become available for an experienced Customer Service Officer, for a well-established company within the logistics industry. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is located on the north side of Brisbane, where onsite parking will be available and where you will also be part of a close knit and very supportive small team of people in their Queensland office. This role will go for 6 weeks initially, with a potential for it to extend for up to 6 months, and full training will be provided.
The duties of this role will include answering and making customer service calls & enquiries, Some data entry. Stock management and recording. Booking of trucks and deliveries. And general administration duties.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following must be available to commence immediately (1-2 days notice). 2- 5 years experience within a customer service officer role. Similar and or relatable industry experience would be advantageous. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of customer service processes and principles. Strong skills and knowledge in computer applications - Microsoft Suite preferably, or have the ability to learn quickly, of computer systems. Display a positive and eagerness to help attitude and the reliability to work autonomously.
