Customer Service Officer location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Job Type Full-Time. Responsibilities handle full responsibilities of e-shop customer related service such as respond to customers' enquiry, emails, chat and calls, provide administrative and service to customers, partners and internal staff, provide excellent customer service support and attend to requests, advise clear and accurate information, handle complaints, feedback and providing effective solutions to meet customers' expectations, keep records and prepare the summary report on complaints, feedback and solutions, responsible to build a good relationship with customers, strong attention to details, take feedback and action when appropriate, follow up on cases to meet customers' satisfaction. Requirements min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position, proactive team player with goo communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, abel to solve problems within a short period of time, customer-orientated and passion to assist customer, able to work in fast pace environment and manage time effectively, fluent in speaking and writing mandarin, able to work 5.5 days work
