Responsibilities booking of flights with airlines. Arrangement of shipments with customers and contractors. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively. Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements.

Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure all data are updated correctly in system. Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly.

Requirements at least 1 year of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process. Good understanding of Incoterms 2010. Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment. A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Flexible / Adaptive to changes.
