Customer Service Consultant Trainee RAC location Perth. $49,000.00.

Customer Service Consultant our contact centre operates 24/7 every day of the year to assist our members with their Roadside Assistance and Motoring requirements.

What will you be doing demonstrating exceptional customer service through active listening. Answering inbound phone calls from members and assisting with their enquiry. Processing outbound phone calls relating to RAC products. Effectively communicating information and minimizing customer complaints. Achieving set individual, team and centre objectives to ensure consistency and a positive member experience.

What you can expect full time, Part time and Casual Positions available. Initial 3 weeks full time training, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Open plan and spacious call centre environment. Shifts allocated between 7am to 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays).

What are we looking experience in a busy, multi-tasking environment (preferably contact centre). Motivated, positive and enthusiastic nature. Excellent listening and communication skills. Experience using two computer screens while on the phone with members. Demonstrated customer service experiences. Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and empathetic. Ability to problem solve, make decisions and be solutions oriented.
