Customer Service Call Centre Experts Landgate location Perth. Salary $63,172 to $77,717 + super + leave loading.

We undertake a variety of customer service activities and work with Landgate customers via telephone, email, webchat and face to face communication. Our people work across these activities and undertake various functions to contribute to other Landgate teams. You must be flexible and willing to work across both our Midland and Perth Office.

To be successful in the level 2 Customer Service Officer role, you need exceptional customer service with proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately and of the highest quality, both verbally and written. Demonstrated ability to plan and organise your workload to consistently meet a range of deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with others to develop solutions for complex challenges.

Respond to customer enquiries within defined performance targets. Desirable: the importance of being able to work in webchat and a CRM (preferably Dynamics).
