About the role Clover Valley Meat Co distributes domestically through Wrights the butchers a growing business that requires a positive and motivated brand ambassador to drive sales growth by delivering superior customer service. You will focus on building and maintaining long term business relationships with our existing and potential customers.

Our next ‘Sales Superstar’ will be an energetic person who thrives on generating new business with a passion for building genuine professional relationships via networking, prospecting with experience in setting goals and strategies for achieving success. You will be signing on new customers to Wrights the butchers. Have a passion for sales, the meat industry, and the products you are selling. Have exceptional communication, product knowledge and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team in building key customer relationships.

You will be successfully supporting your customers. Sourcing new business opportunities aligned with business strategies. Actioning business calendar activities and journey plans. Retaining and continuing to build great relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Delivering product expansion and helping to drive profitability through sales and customer growth.

About you we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Rep with experience in selling to Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Pubs and Caterers in joining the team. This role will suit a trained sales professional who is hungry for the sale, organised, results-driven and looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive and friendly organisation.

A valid driver’s license, a good driving record and a reliable vehicle. Full Australian working rights with no restrictions. Have a genuine interest and passion for the Food Service industry and ability to be self-motivated and the ability to continually learn and develop your skills. Relatable sales experience in the Meat or FMCG Industry.

Discipline and motivation to work autonomously with the support of Management. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customers. Confidence in having a natural selling conversation. The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and be self-motivated. A good understanding of working with achievable goals and metrics.
