Customer Service and Accounts Administrator HR Consulting location Waikato. Salary $25 per hour.

Customer Service and Accounts Administrator (35 - 40 hours per week). Our client provides aesthetically flawless cosmetic procedures, in a professional environment, with particular emphasis on their high level of service, adjusting each service and procedure to be customised to the individuals needs.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for customer service - face to face, e-mail, telephone and online. Sales and service – take and confirm treatment bookings, action product orders and sell repeat skincare products. Accounts - process bank reconciliations, GST returns, accounts receivable and accounts payable and Licensee sales commissions. General administration duties. Stock Management - manage consumables, stock ordering and stock takes. Personal Assistance to the Director and Business Manager. Reporting – Financial, Marketing and Sales reporting.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following an understanding of, or experience in the cosmetics industry. Proven customer service experience in a professional environment. Proven experience in managing and processing business accounts preferably using Xero. Proven experience in stock management. A current clean driver’s licence.
