Position title Customer Service (Order Processing/Logistics Matters) location Bendemeer, Working Days 5 days, Working hours 9am - 6pm, Salary $3000-$3800 (depend on experience).

Key duties and responsibilities receiving, validating and processing sales order for the assigned territory. Handling the procurement and logistics operations of the company including transportation, purchasing, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials. Coordinate with customers and liaise with suppliers, process sales orders to ensure customer’s orders are delivered on time using SAP. Monitor delivery schedule and payment.

Perform data entry functions for sales order, purchase order, prepare all shipping documents, export billings, etc. Handling L/C documentation and submit to bank for negotiation. Work closely with team members to resolve issues and ensure accurate & timely delivery of orders. Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or relevant. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role. SAP ERP experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office pack. Initiative and positive attitude. Singaporean Only.
