Requirements ever used amadeus ticketing system, able to read, write and speak mandarin, above average english communication skills, proficient on the internet, email, crm, and windows applications, good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities answer inquiries regarding billings, membership, etc. (no sales involved), provide quality customer service on every calls, perform other tasks as required by the business.
