PGG Wrightson Turf is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Parental leave / Fixed Term position. This role can start immediately and will go through till end June 2022.

About the role pgg Wrightson Turf have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland based team in Favona, South Auckland. This role would suit someone who is outgoing and likes to communicate with a lot of different people daily.

Duties & responsibilities as one of two Customer Service Representatives based in Auckland, you will primarily be responsible for providing customer service for turf seed and non-seed products through consultation with customers and Territory Managers on the availability of all products whilst working with the rest of the customer service and distribution team to provide and maintain a high level of customer service to all customers.

You will be responsible for relaying seasonal information to the customers regarding availability and supply constraints while processing orders and leasing with freight companies. Skills & experience previous customer service and administration experience with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Developed customer service skills with a professional phone manner. Proven written and verbal communications skills with high level accuracy and attention to detail. Competence in using the MS office suite as well as a variety of databases.

Experience in JDE or Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems) would be looked upon favourably but not essential. Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quickly. Experience in dealing with freight companies would be beneficial.
