Based in Mairangi Bay, on Auckland’s North Shore, Warwick Fabrics is a leading importer and distributor that supports the interior design industry of New Zealand. They sell through reseller networks, as well as directly to the those in the Interior Design industry, for commercial and high-end residential projects.
They are renown as an Employer of Choice. They look after their staff and the team love it there. If you are looking for a new work home this could be it. They are currently seeking the services of a switched-on Customer Service support person to play an important part in their team.
The Customer Services team is seen as the heart of the business, and therefore has a high standard of service to uphold. The environment is busy, the systems and processes are good …. ( the products are divine) and the day whizzes by.
The team are lovely. They are focused and enjoy what they do. It really is one of those jobs that you know… once you start you will want to stay for years. It ticks all the boxes. About you you will have a proven track record in a busy, phone-based customer services role, where you are well versed in all aspects of making sure that clients are really looked after.
You will have strong relationship building skills, be able to think on your feet and provide the best possible service to your customers in order to maximise any sales opportunities that arise. You will need accurate keyboard skills, have confident excel skills and be able to pick up an in-house ERP system with ease.
About the role provide professional service to customers. Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Generate all quotes, orders and follow-up information as requested. Processing orders, following up back orders, processing credits. Remain updated with all new product training.
Answering customer questions relating to products, availability, ETA's etc. Provide support to the external sales team, when they are out of the office. Set up new customers, update information. Be able to work quickly and accurately when it is busy. Occasional support in the showroom.
