Key responsibilites handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Providing accurate information about our products/services and resolving customer issues promptly. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately.

About you proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with CRM advantageous. Complaint resolution and problem solving skills.
