Our client is a large well-known organisation with a strong reputation as a leader of their industry. They have been leading this industry for over 60 years in New Zealand and are renown as experts in their field. On their behalf, we are searching for a switched on Customer Service person who enjoys a busy environment and making sure that customers get the very best service possible.

You will need to have great phone based Customer Service skills as you will be handling queries from clients - Incoming calls, as well as responding to messages, email, making outbound follow up calls etc. Along with this you will need to fulfil all associated documentation, recording information into their system. As well as communication with the customers, you will be working with the field based team of Technicians, scheduling their jobs and following with customers, keeping them informed of any changes or updates.

We need someone who has a good blend of communication and administration and can pick up systems with ease and add value to a busy team. Previous Call Centre experience is desired and if you have any experience dealing with a field based technical team, it would be a bonus.  You will thrive in a busy environment, and you enjoy a laugh or two, working with a very supportive and friendly team. You will be the type to take ownership of your role and pride in your work.
