The role the workplace services customer representative/officer delivers frontline support services to staff, visitors, and other team members to enable the efficient and safe operation of Workplace Services. The role includes, but is not limited, identifying, logging, resolving and keeping the client up to date on office support, building issues and other services including ad-hoc project and processing implementation.
