Customer Experience Officer TAFE NSW location Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Student Services Team. Based at the Petersham Campus, this temporary full-time role will see you performing a range of frontline customer service and administrative support activities in a professional and engaging manner. We are looking for someone who has a strong customer service background, great communication, organisational and administrative skills.
You’ll love this role if you balance competing demands while maintaining optimal service. Resolve complex issues independently. Collate information from a range of sources effectively. Maintain consistently high levels of customer service in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Reporting to the Coordinator of Student Services Teams, this position will provide quality frontline customer service ensuring the provision of clear concise information to all external and internal customers. Deliver an effective and timely referral service to customers. Perform accurate and timely processing of all student and administration functions, undertaking accurate and timely entry of all data. Undertake general office support for the learning location. Develop positive and collaborative working relationships with other members of Student Services and related teams. Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
If you have great collaboration skills and a commitment to customer service. Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
