What You Need to Know About Your New Role
Training: Receive 6 weeks paid training in a supportive environment.
Helping Customers: Use self-service portals to help you and your customer resolve their enquiry
Building Connections: Make every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections
Customer Care: Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied.
Start Dates: Multiple start dates over the next few months
Roster: Work a rotating roster, between 7am - 7pm Monday to Saturday.
Location: 100% in office role at 31 Troode St, West Perth
Roster Requirement: Working a minimum of 30 hours over 4 days with Mondays as mandatory work day.
