The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Consultant, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. In this role, you'll handle inquiries with care and efficiency, proactively resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), based onsite at our Blackwoods Kwinana Branch.

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
Complete administrative tasks related to customer care operations
Aim for first-contact resolution and meet service level targets
Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment
What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
