This candidate will be hired to oversee and manage various beauty counters across Changi Airport Transit Duty Free area (T1-T4), career advancement and have opportunities to represent the company to attend international events/seminars. Job responsibilities to oversee and manage counters (terminal 1 – terminal 4), handle daily operations for the counter, supervise and provide guidance to junior beauty advisors, plan and schedule manpower arrangement, provide professional beauty consultation to the potential clients, achieve and maintain the sales kpi across the counters, to handle in-store merchandising and monitoring of stock, preparation of necessary reports (such as sales report/stock list etc), ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management. Job requirements minimum gce ‘o’ level with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in retail cosmetics/skincare industry , professional make up certificate, proven track record in the target achievement, leadership. Job details working hours 9am-6pm/10am-7pm/11am-8pm, on average 6-8 days off day per month, salary $3000 (basic) + commission + allowances.
