THE ROLE:
Based in our Perth CBD Corporate Office (L3, 235 St. Georges Tce)
Support and mentoring by Management team provided
Full time, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our fast-paced commercial team. You will be working with contracts supporting business growth, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of commercial property.
You’ll play a key role in the preparation, review, and coordination of commercial agreements, working closely with landlords, property managers, and internal teams to support our businesses operation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based in the Perth corporate office you will be working in a supportive and approachable team responsible for business growth and retention of existing business, reporting to the Business Development Manager Perth. The primary objectives of this role are:
Data & Market Intelligence – Compile market and tenant data in CRM systems, keeping the team informed of trends and deals
Build Strong Relationships – Foster connections with customers, tenant representatives, and leasing agents to create new opportunities
Coordinate documentation across internal and external stakeholders
Support reporting, proposals, and due diligence documentation
ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
A proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and team environments
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
A high standard of professional personal presentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
