Contract Receptionist Location Pasir Ris / Tampines, East. Job Type Contract. Education Level Not Specified. Attend to visitors and issue of visitors passes, answer all incoming telephone calls, record/arrange/distribute inbound, outbound mail /courier services/register mail, ensure tidiness of the meeting rooms and reception area, assist in admin duties, maintain proper filing system, prepare admin starter pack for new staff, other duties assigned. Requirements mon-fri 8.30 am-5.30 pm, prefer applicant who has experience in receptionist role, good communication skills. Salary $10 per hr. Working location Lavender.
