About the role as a full-time member of our vibrant team (40 hours per week), you’ll be based at our spacious, snack-stocked office in Morningside, with plenty of parking available. What You’ll Be doing engage daily with contributors for a client’s monthly publication, building strong relationships. Research and create captivating, informative content for our client’s publication. Proofread and edit to ensure content is polished and consistent. Travel across New Zealand regularly to source unique stories and features.

Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including managing bookings for flights, transport, and accommodation. Collaborate closely with our content team to execute visually striking shoots. Assist with production and interviews while on set. Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver shoots on time and within scope. Oversee freelance photographers to meet client expectations.

What We’re Looking for a qualification in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing or production. Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting on the fly. Bonus points for social media, PR, or digital marketing know-how.
