About This Opportunity

The Communications & Content Manager will drive our storytelling and champion our mission to support, empower, and uplift people by putting them at the heart of everything we do.

This role is responsible for effectively communicating the Dovida value proposition through compelling written and verbal content, creating and distributing materials across various media platforms to engage both internal and external audiences, build trust, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage communications, internally and externally, coordinating with national and local office teams and vendors.

Craft, curate, and edit high-quality content including marketing materials, press releases, newsletters, blogs, website content, phone scripts, letters and social media posts.

Monitor and contribute to social media program based on Dovida strategy and style

Development, coordination, distribution & implementation of Marketing and Project Communications via Dovida preferred platforms

Manage and guide themes for social media content & management of monthly organic content plan

Coordinate and attend as required external marketing projects and other events including exhibitions, conferences, training, annual stakeholder experience survey, Annual Growth Summit and National Conference

About You

Demonstrated experience in communications, content marketing, or public relations.

Proven experience in leading communication strategies and business storytelling.

Ability to manage concurrent projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Dedication to excellence, timely delivery, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytic tools.

Insightful of the media landscape with impeccable communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
