Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
Conduct clinical assessments and lead clinical decision-making
Build strong relationships with residents and support their individual goals
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ families
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Practice holistically while guiding and supporting the care team

About You

Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient, with a genuine passion for aged care
Experience in aged or community care is desirable but not essential
New graduates and nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply
