Jobs description provide frontline customer service and perform patients registration at the counter, handle phone calls and inquiries, assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, dispense of medications, liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up, handle payment collection and basic administrative duties, assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided), any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements min n/o/a level, no experience required as training will be provided, customer service oriented with good communication skills, good in computer skills, bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin or english-speaking patients, able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
