Client Solutions Specialist Productivity Force Holdings location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. Productivity Force (PF) supplies work force support solutions to the Construction industry. We assist our clients fill their workforce shortages, whether it be for 6 months or 4 years, with the right skills when they need them. Our people range in experience allowing our clients to choose the skills they need. Working with our clients we identify suitable trades and candidates from our crews, trades and supervisors as well as apprentices and trainees from our Construction Bootcamp Program. We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to ensure the successful expansion of activities and growth in placements for PF. Key Accountabilities or responsibilities develop and implement an individual and crew placement plan in conjunction with the pf general manager, in line with short-term and long-term business objectives, assess short and long-term needs, trends, challenges and opportunities, contribute to establishing and reviewing pf’s objectives, programs, standards and targets within guidelines set by the board, general manager, prepare reports and forecasts for approval by the pf general manager, responsible for actively engaging existing and new clients, work with the nsw business chamber, western sydney business chamber, sydney business chamber and other local chambers to promote pf and productivity bootcamp to their members and clients, work with industry associations and other key stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, attend networking events as required, qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and competencies, demonstrable service oriented approach, enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, ethical, good initiative and a self-starter, proven ability to meet business objectives and targets, 5 years construction sales, relationship and/or business development experience, must have and maintain a current driver’s licence, ideally, but not required, to have an understanding of the australian apprentice, trainee and group training organisation (gto) systems, ability to deal with clients at all levels, sound negotiation and influencing skills, strong business acumen and business reporting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and ability to see tasks, through to conclusion.
