What you will be doing you will provide exceptional client service and administrative assistance to the team. The role will be varied, and your accountabilities shall include but are not limited to prepare documentation and application forms for new clients.

Communicate updates to advisers and clients. Submit and monitor the progress of new applications. Process cash transactions on instruction from advisers. Maintain full and up to date file notes.

To be Successful you will need to have the ability to build relationships clients, internal/external stakeholders and service providers. High level of motivation along with accuracy and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, along with the ability to competently use financial planning software.
