Mt Buller Fish & Chippery is situated in the heart of Mt Buller Village. We focus on fresh seafood to cater for our customers from all walks of life. We make the majority of our dishes in-house with high-quality produce and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get!

THE ROLE
We are looking for chefs and cooks (all levels) that can perform under pressure, in a fast pace environment and can read orders across dockets. We operate in accordance with Vic Class 2 food safety program. You will be busy during the peak snow season; it is full-on and busy most of the time, however, we do have quieter times and this is the perfect opportunity for you to reward yourself for your hard work and make use of the facilities the resort has on offer.
WHAT YOU NEED
Experience cooking fish and chips, curries and preparing salads
Attention to detail
Good time management
Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
Ability to work in a team and take instruction
great communication skills
Being disciplined in grill and larder as well as reading across/calling dockets is highly desirable
