About the role the IT Change Enablement Practice Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the change enablement processes within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with ServiceNow and will be adept at managing change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis is placed on process maturity and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Skills & experience previous experience working across large service transition programmes of work for enterprise businesses. Proven experience in IT change management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. Competent with ITIL practices and methodologies.
