Currently seeking a Casual Mall Leasing Executive to be based at vibrant and well known sub - regional shopping centre located in the north west of Melbourne.

Reporting into the Senior Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include understanding the centre's Business Plan, and ensuring mall storage and merchandising plans are aligned. Sourcing pop up retailers that will enhance the current retail mix at each centre. Leasing of vacant shops, kiosks, and alternative income.

Continuously innovative ways to lease vacant shops. Proactively sourcing new business and ongoing sales opportunities and identifying high quality leads. Ensuring all identified issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Preparation of all budgeting & forecasting for each centre.

The successful candidate will demonstrate minimum 2-3 years of direct experience within Casual Mall Leasing or minimum a fast paced, high performing sales environment. Strong willingness and passion within retail shopping centres. Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
