To successfully join our team of professional Chefs you will have the following a certificate lll in Commercial Cookery/equivalent. A Nationally recognised Food Handling/Supervisor Certificate. Current Flu and COVID vaccine Certification.

Current Police Check or willing to obtain one. 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship. Proven ability to work autonomously, productively and safely with a focus on producing quality food. Highly knowledgeable in kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards.

Working with our key clients you will be responsible for ensuring that the operations run smoothly. Preparing high quality food products. Communication within the facility in regard to menu details/changes.
