About the Role
As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure quality care and compliance through robust governance processes. You’ll lead and mentor your team, using your clinical expertise to guide decision-making and respond to nursing concerns with compassion and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and quality of life.
Leading and supporting a team of care staff to enhance service delivery.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Driving service sustainability through effective ACFI management, care planning, and community engagement.
Implementing quality improvement initiatives to foster positive change.
Role Requirements
You’re a qualified nursing professional with leadership experience in aged care, health, or community services. You’re passionate about person-centred care and bring strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Essential:
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
Experience leading care teams
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
