About the role we are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for project management who can drive team excellence and project delivery. As a Capital Works Delivery Team Leader at Powerco, you will oversee and guide a team of talented project managers, ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines, budgets and quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our project delivery targets and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.

Reporting to our South West Regional Delivery Manager and working with both internal and external stakeholders, including our customers, your role will be varied with a mix of hands on project delivery and team leadership. You will be a point of contact for stakeholders and ensure adherence to processes, including project reporting, contract management, financials and project close outs.

Our ideal candidate will have proven project management experience (ideally within the industry), understand project management methodologies, tools and techniques and possess a PM qualification. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced PM who is seen as an emerging leader by others.
