Call Centre Officer Hays Contact Centres location Sydney.

2.5 month contract in Parramatta-based inbound call centre - 24/7 roster - $30/hour + super + penalty rates.

Your new company this is a great opportunity to join this reputable Parramatta-based government department. They are looking for multiple Call Centre Operators to join their team on a contractual basis. Your new role this Call Centre Operator role will see you assisting customer support via inbound calls to support on a customer service based project. This may including handling enquiries and processing applications.

The role will require you to provide a high-level quality of customer service daily. Ability to take a high-volume of inbound calls and handle complaints where necessary. Provide clear, correct and timely information whilst following up with emails and data entry to ensure all matters are resolved quickly.

What you'll need to succeed to be successful for this position you should have the ability to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster - penalty rates will apply. Full availability for the dates of the contract from the 18th of January - 31st of March, including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience working within a contact centre. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to confidently multi-task and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction.

What you'll get in return on offer to you is a pay-rate of $30 per hour + super on a contract from the 18th of January - 31st of March. In return you will be rostered on 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with penalty rates applying.
