The Opportunity:
We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Café Manager with a big personality and a true love of coffee, based in Perth or surrounding suburbs to lead the day-to-day operations of a small office café near Perth Airport.
As the Café Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations from open to close. You'll lead and support a team of baristas and kitchen staff to consistently deliver warm, welcoming service and a vibrant atmosphere for both customers and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing daily café operations to ensure each shift runs efficiently.
Training, mentoring, and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety, including recordkeeping and compliance.
Handling ordering, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Creating a positive, community-focused environment where customers feel valued and welcome.

What We Offer:
Annual Salary of $90,000 + Super.
Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm

To be considered:
Proven experience in a similar hospitality role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong Barista experience (Barista Certificate compulsory).
Knowledge of WHS and food safety standards in Australia.
Competence in using POS and inventory software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
