We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious accountant to join the firm's executive team with a view to progress to partnership and/or CEO status. The manager will assist the partner to develop business and oversee the firm's day to day quality controls and reviews to allow for rapid expansion. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead by example. If you have a proven track record in a quality organisation in the accounting industry, have strong people skills, and are suitably qualified and you seek an exciting new challenge with prospects of profit share and partnership possibilities you may well be suited to this exciting position. The key responsibility of the role will be to manage the quality control and review of major clients. You will also be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of clients and acquiring new clients. You will adopt our philosophy of knowing our clients intimately, developing a partnering approach and delivering innovative solutions. In addition, as an integral member of the senior executive team, you will also contribute to the overall planning and management of the firm including implementation and setting of KPI's and targets, quality controls, budgeting and forecasts, timely and efficient workflow practices, day-to day operational roles and ongoing system development initiatives in line with business needs.
