Business Operations Manager Cultivate location Auckland.

The Operations and Client Experience team is the heartbeat of the business, driving efficiency, compliance, and seamless interactions across the organisation, all while delivering an amazing experience for their clients. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about optimising operations, leading teams, and driving efficiency through technology.

This newly created role will include team Leadership Manage 6 direct reports and their teams (30+ indirect), driving a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.

Lead Operational Teams Understand the nuances and unique dynamics of each support function and team, providing strategic guidance to enhance their ability to deliver seamless, high-performance service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Drive Automation Optimise the CRM systems and digitisation initiatives to streamline workflows and boost productivity. Process Optimisation Design and implement efficient processes that maximise client outcomes and team productivity. Ensure Compliance & Performance Review and develop operational policies, monitor KPIs, and manage regulatory compliance.

What You’ll bring leadership Experience Proven track record of managing and developing leaders, with the ability to guide teams through change and process improvement. Operational Expertise Experience in optimising business functions, ideally in a regulated sector. Familiar with process improvement methodologies ideal.

Tech-Savvy Comfortable navigating and utilising CRM and project management tools, Salesforce preferred. Analytical & Proactive Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies. Clear credit check and police check.
