Position Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth across our Window Fashion Gallery Dealers, Showcase Dealers, and reseller network. Using a data-driven approach, you’ll identify new business opportunities, maximise dealer performance, and build long-term, consultative partnerships. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across your territory to support and develop dealer relationships.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain a strong network of wholesale dealers and resellers.
Grow market share by servicing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
Use data and insights to strategically plan territories and drive sales growth.
Build collaborative, long-term dealer relationships to support mutual success.
Partner with dealers on business planning, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
Ensure timely rollout of wholesale marketing programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on safety KPIs.
Review performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks for continuous improvement.
Who you are
Proven success in B2B business development or field sales.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills at all levels of an organization.
Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with groups of all sizes.
Highly organised, with the ability to independently manage time, travel, and being on the road.
A creative, analytical thinker who thrives on solving problems.
Skilled in making data-driven decisions, with a sharp eye for numbers, trends, and insights.
Passionate about building lasting client relationships in complex sales environments.
