Berth Administrator Bayswater Marina location Auckland.
Your new role Bayswater Marina, located on the North Shore, is looking for a Berth Administrator. This busy role reports to the Marina Manager and offers a great mix of administration and customer service functions.
As an experienced administrator you will need to have great computer skills, have a can-do attitude to the various tasks the job entails, and pay particular attention to detail. This is a customer focused role, and you will be engaging with a variety of personalities, so your positive, upbeat and calm attitude is vital to this role.
The role encompasses the following tasks, amongst many others providing first point of contact for marina customers in person and on the phone. Managing berth rentals, owners accounts and private rentals on bespoke marina booking software, Basic accounts, Customer service, Petty cash, Marketing/Social Media. Managing power, electrical warrant of fitness, insurance, internet, access control and live aboards. Liaising with maintenance staff.

What you will need to be successful high level of competency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel and outlook. Knowledge of basic accounts. Amazing written and verbal skills. Proactive, positive attitude with great attention to detail. Stellar organisational skills. Self-driven with capability to work autonomously. Be eligible to work in New Zealand. Clear criminal history. Proof of covid 19 vaccinations. Interview will involve skill testing.
