A great opportunity has come across for front of house cafe team members barista committee chefs ,to join our beautiful cafe here in Milford. We are in the process of building  a wonderful team ,which  will be able to provide a more great services  to our customers.

Currently we are looking for-baristas And front of house staff and commis chefs. We will provide with a good training to the right candidate who is eager to learn and contribute in every way. You may need to help in other areas as per the cafe need. All we need is a person with good attitude and a hunger of learning and we will take care of you

About the role we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused part-time/full time cafe Staff to join our team at Crop coffee and eatery in Milford. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting the smooth running of our bustling cafe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar hospitality environment and with barista /front of house /kitchen experience for chefs is preferred.

What you'll be doing greeting and welcoming customers to the cafe in a friendly and professional manner. Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments in a timely fashion. Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other cafe beverages to customer specifications.

Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food items. Maintaining a clean and well-organised cafe environment, including clearing and resetting tables. Restocking supplies and ensuring the cafe is well-presented at all times. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries or concerns.

What we're looking for previous experience working in a cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. A passion for food and drink and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience. Availability to work during peak hours, including weekends and public holidays.
