To be appointed to this role, the applicant must possess the following bar, wine & cocktail knowledge is a must. Excellent communication and presentation. Strong recent background in food and beverage service. Current RSA certificates, Passion for hospitality, Strong work-ethic, Customer and solution-focused attitude, Availability to work days, nights and weekends, Have valid visa work entitlements.
