Job Description
About The Role:
You’ll play a vital role in servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service, diagnose, and repair Mercedes‑Benz vehicles following OEM procedures and dealership standards
Deliver high‑quality, efficient work with a strong focus on Fixed First Visit performance
Consistently meet or exceed monthly productivity, efficiency, and quality targets
Maintain professional communication and presentation aligned with the Mercedes‑Benz brand
Adhere to all OH&S policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Stay current with Mercedes‑Benz technical literature, diagnostic software, and ongoing training
Support the development of apprentices through training and mentoring
Accurately document all service, diagnostic, and repair work for customer and dealership records
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are we seeking?

Qualified automotive technician with dealership experience
Experience working on luxury European vehicles (Mercedes‑Benz preferred)
Strong capability in performing mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and fault‑finding
Proven experience in completing Job Cards accurately and efficiently
Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections when required
Team‑oriented mindset with a professional approach in a high‑performing dealership environment
