About the rolewithin the litigation practice, there are different disciplines headed by several experienced litigation partners. These areas include complex civil and commercial litigation, property and construction disputes, insolvency, relationship property, and employment.

You will be predominately working in civil and commercial litigation, however the right candidate will have the exciting opportunity to work in one or more of these specialties. For the right candidate, there may also be the opportunity to join the partnership.

About you at least 5+ years' experience in litigation. Confident working with court documents and have knowledge of the court processes. Good attention to detail and be able to manage tasks independently. Be autonomous while also receiving guidance and training and good delegation skills and able to provide guidance to a group of enthusiastic and hardworking junior lawyers.
