About the Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life – creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.

Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
Lead by example – setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation
Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence
Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes
Help drive strong results across departments
Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Make every customer interaction count – every day

What You'll Bring:
You’re a hands-on leader with a passion for retail and a genuine love of people. With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team – and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills
Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia
